Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we have increased our hospital biosecurity in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
We have updated our biosecurity protocols for the safety of our clients and staff as our goal is to stay open to provide urgent and emergency care to our clients and community as consistently as possible through this difficult time.
That being said, we very much miss the time we spend getting to talk with you face to face and are looking forward to getting back to some normalcy.
We are adjusting our protocols daily as the situation evolves so please stay tuned if you have an upcoming appointment. Below are our current protocols.
Please do not come in if you are ill or on self quarantine. Find someone to bring your pet in for you and let our receptionists know when you schedule the appointment so we can implement additional security measures
Please stay in the parking lot and call when you arrive. We will take a history over the phone and then a technician will come out and escort your pet into the hospital.
Please step out of the car to hand your pet to the technician
Once your pet has been examined, we will contact you on the phone and make a treatment plan together
For established clients, we may be able to perform telemedicine consults over the phone for previously diagnosed and currently treated issues-ask for details if this applies to you and your pet
Be ready to pay with a credit card over the phone
If you are coming to pick up medications or supplies, please call ahead and we can take payment over the phone and get your products ready to be delivered out to your car.
